Item collection
Depending on the severity of the repair usually physical damage or faulty hardware. We will schedule a time that works for you to pick up the device for service. If we can repair on site we will provide that option upon the quote being provided. Any secure remote service can be started upon approval of quote.

Repair service
Next we'll start the repair process. Depending on the severity of the repair it could take us a few days, especially if parts need to be ordered. We aim to have the repair done if we have to take the device(s) into our possession within 24-48 hours. Any remote repair service can usually be completed within an hour or less. Either way, we keep you informed throughout the entire process.

Once completed, we'll reach out to you to schedule a date and time that fits your schedule for device drop off. At this time, we'll review what was wrong, what was done to resolve it and answer any questions you may have.

1. How long does it take for a typical repair?
Repair times depend on the issues you’re facing. Most malware, virus, or system related issues can be completed remotely and within an hour to few hours time. Other issues that pertain to faulty hardware can take up to 24 hours+ to remediate. We aim for a prompt turn around on repairs within hours not days.
2. Do you offer any type of warranty on your repairs?
We offer a 7 day warranty from the time your repair(s) are completed pertaining to the original issue(s) that we serviced.
3. Will I lose any information on my device?
If your hard drive is in a stable state, we can recover your data and back it up. Should you think your drive is failing, it’s critical to contact us immediately as time is of the essence. Once a drive has completely failed, the chances of data recovery is slim.
4. Do I need to make an appointment?
We prefer to schedule appointments around your time. Should this be a critical issue that impacts your ability to work or perform other critical tasks contact us via phone for immediate support.
5. Can you fix water damage?
In some cases depending on the timing of the liquid coming in contact with your device(s) we work to salvage it. Timing is critical in the matters, please contact us immediately and try to dry the device to the extent possible.
